It has been a pleasure caring for your children this past year. Please remember that all medications must be picked up by Wednesday June 5th, 2013 or they will be discarded. If your child requires medication for the next school year, you will need to bring in an UNOPENED bottle of medication and a NEW Medication Authorization form. These forms can be found on the Health Office web site under "Registration and Medical Forms". If you have any questions, please feel free to E Mail me at: jcaplan@district31.net.
